Your response to my review does not address the fundamental issue: “Why does Wilkinson ignore the GM Family Program written guidelines as it pertains to the $75 maximum DOC fee? Your $500 fee is a violation of the program rules” I also know that a friend that I send to Wilkinson a month earlier with a GM Friend discount certificate was also over charged on the DOC fee.
