Brought my car in for a SCHEDULED service appointment and it sat in their shop for 2 days, was never once looked at and they made it clear (3 separate times) that they didn’t know when it was going to be looked at. Decided to pick it up, brought it to the downers grove Mazda and my car was inspected, had the faulty part replaced and was washed all within an hour. I was doing maintenance for my Mazda at this dealership and Bill is truly high level professional, I had a great experience with him. He wanted to help us and all his efforts were for us. We appreciate such performance. I had not the best experience with their sales department, but Servise and specifically William did their best.
Went in for service for my new (cx-50 8,000 miles) and personally I love the brand and Thomas was super helpful as well. The service manager should inform the techs how to work with cars with BAIID devices… I’ll drive out to another Mazda dealership next time. Thomas keep doing your thing man super helpful to all of us in the waiting area.
