Great Experience – I'm not a big fan of buying a car. Typically I hate the experience, but I was pleasantly surprised with this dealership. They were very patient with my wife while she test drove car after car discussed every aspect of the car etc... They were great. We ended up buy the Mazda CX9. It' really a great car. We did go to other dealers before heading to Wilkins. It just felt right to us after talking with their staff. That's my two cents.
Great Dealer! – I was very impressed from my buying experience at Wilkins Hyundai. I shopped a lot of dealerships and got quotes over the phone and internet. Some good and some bad. I dealt with Jeff Matzkin from Wilkins over the phone. He gave me a great starting price without ever coming in to haggle. We did a very brief negotiation over the phone. Great service – I brought my vehicle in for service and could not wish for a better service. I was told that I needed to wait an hour so I was lead to their waiting room. While waiting I was giving the choice of gourmet coffee and episodes of judge judy in high definition on a great tv. Another high point was the soft two ply toilet paper In the bathrooms. My experience was well worth the wait. Wilkins hyundai is a breath of fresh air, just not after I was in the bathroom.
Best Hyundai Dealer in Elmhurst – Wilkins Hyundai Mazda in Elmhurst has a very knowledgable sales staff and a fantastic service department. I highly recommend Wilkins Hyundai Mazda in Elmhurst and they truly are a 5 star car dealer.
