Wilka and Welter LLC robbed me I paid them over $1500 for a simple analysis. They never called me, and nearly six months later, I asked for my money back. They said that they were now ready, but they had none of what they'd need. They said there was still $966.08 left, but they refused to refund it. They will not continue work, nor give my money back. Wilka robbed me.
