Transferred from another dentist because Wilhoite was recommended by a family member. Always professional and so easy to work with.
I share responsibility for this, but at the first of the year when insurance changes I should have been asked for updated information as I was checking in. IU Health Medicare Advantage sold out to Anthem and the paperwork explaining this change indicated the same providers. A call to Anthem afterwards confirmed their misrepresenting "same providers".
