Receptionists were rude right from the start, "correcting" me on what my name is (I legally go by a nationally accepted nickname to my legal name). The day of the visit they made me wait TWO and A HALF HOURS constantly making excuses when I politely asked what the delay was. Their answer was they do not control his schedule and 3 dr's share the exam rooms. That doesn't explain how people there to see Dr. Kunze AFTER me got to see him ON TIME. Dr. Kunze has performed at least 8 surgeries on me, all with excellent results. He explains the process, even though I don't care to know, is always courteous, pleasant, always has time for my questions. I have recommended several people to him, all are happy with the results. His staff is always pleasant and helpful when I call. I trust him immensely, his expertise is outstanding.

Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
