(Do not use ZELLE)Absolutely above and beyond. 2 am call, very informative and kind. Only problem was “Zelle” was under maintenance so the payment hit their registered LLC few days late. Had to pay in cash night of incident. Money was taken out of my account, Owner says he never received digital payment, had to pay twice. 🤷The Zelle account is no longer registered as I write this.
Called and texted 4 days straight with contact information, address and complaint. No one bothered to call, text or show up.
I called them for roadside assistance while traveling from Canada. They charged me for a new tire but gave me a used one instead. Please be very careful and check what they install. Totally unethical behavior.
He came out yesterday and rescued my husband, who was stranded on the side of the road with 2 flat tires. Anyone who will come out and change 2 tires in 100° heat is a Saint!
