Wiley helped us totally transform our bathroom about 20 months ago. He is such a quick responder and truly wants the best for his customers. He worked with every need my boyfriend and I had with detail and care. I could not recommend him enough!
They did some work for my 86 year old mom. They charged her $160 an hour! She got one bill that said what they fixed. It said water pipes and a gas leak. That was $640. Then they sent and "updated" bill that had the same things listed separately only this time it had a charge for a gas leak $670. The work the did was good, but I feel like they took advantage of her.
My 86 year old mother used this plumbing service and was drastically overcharged. She was sent one bill for 740.00 then they decided it wasn’t enough and sent her another bill for the exact same service and it was for 1,380.00 for 3 hours of work. Older people beware of this business. I will be sure to let everyone that I know about this ripoff.
