If you're looking to buy a watch, engagement ring, etc. Move on down the road. I wouldn't even pull in the parking lot.
Poor customer service. Absolutely rude. There's no reason people should be talked to the way they do.
Definitely the most professional jewelry place I've been to, stands behind their word and will do whatever is necessary to make the customer happy; will definitely be back :)
Big thank you to the team at Wiley's! My engagement ring didn't fit and my wedding was a day away. Not only did they get my ring sized in time, but it came back looking brand new! Thank you for correcting the problem the chain store caused!!
