This guy is a superstar. Very experienced and practical. So lucky to have him as our pediatrician. Can not imagine a better one.
We have been patients of RVA pediatrics for years and I have never experienced the level of unprofessionalism that my son and I just experienced from the patient service representative. With a sick child in tow, this PSR rudely supplied me with unsolicited feedback on my driving for several minutes before asking how she could help me (only to tell me that the office was closed). We started with Dr. Kirchmier over 21 years ago and we never would have thought of going anywhere else; eventhough we travel the distance from Tappahannock. Dr. Terry took over our pediatrician when Kirchmier retired. We always receive personal and professional care from all the staff. They always take the time to listen and answer any questions; they are very supportive. We have been very happy with this practice and I would highly recommend them to all parents.
Dr. Terry, Dr.Rowe, and Dr. Desilva are awesome. Started with the practice and Dr. Kirchmier 35 years ago. Wouldn't take my children anywhere else. The are professional yet relaxed. Never seem to be in a hurry.
