Lived here for three years and everything was really fantastic. Never any issues, prompt communication, and a great location. Fully recommend to anyone renting in Anchorage
I stayed there with my girlfriend for a bit over 4 years. It is a very clean and quiet building. Decent laundry room. Bus stop right outside the building is very convenient. If there is anything wrong in your place or outside the maintenance staff is great. Many events just right outside during the summer on the park strip as well. Highly recommend this place.
