I called this office twice trying to get a new patient appointment for my husband. We were looking for a more specialized doctor due to my husband's medical issues. I was advised that someone would call us back to give us a medical "interview". She then proceeded to tell me that the results would be sent to the doctor to look over & decide if she wants to accept you as a patient which is not normal.
