Ladies up front we're amazing, doc was very friendly and fast with the burr. Jessica Talley at the front desk was very nice, with a beautiful smile! Brightened my day visiting the St Joseph office.

Only had problem with one employee. Felt she had no compassion for her patients, I know when my vision is not right. I will not let her care for me again. Everyone else has been excellent.
Love this practice and the people!! Sometimes can get very busy, & the wait can be long. (Only happened twice) But their really great. Really great connection to their patients. Great selection of glasses. And we got ours quickly after we ordered them. I'm very impressed with the staff and doctors. Dr. Klein & Dr. Wiles are amazing!!!! Won't be going anywhere else as long as this practice is still here!!!
