If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I live here and the landlord tried to scam me for money. He sent me a random bill for $200 and when I called and asked what it was for, he said it was for rent. I then went into the office to ask for reciepts because I knew I didn't owe anything, and he refused to let me see until I persisted. Once he showed me the receipts we found out I didn't owe any money. They also sent a $100 bill to my mother (my cosigner) to get money from her. Very rude/perverted landlords. I would say it's just okay. The rent is cheaper and maintenance facilities are not good. If you call for maintenance they don't have service for you. It's affordable for college student 👨🎓. Bedrooms are nice and bigger. Overall it's okay except the maintenance service when needed.
By far the worst living experience I have ever had.
