I have some wonderful gal pals that work there and are sweet hearts,not everyone is a bad guy.
I've never been the best patron but I being banned for walking a tab that was legit paid the way I told one bartender to do so that night for them to do it a week later then ban me and for a certain bartender to get blacked out drunk and go on a homophobic rant with me and nothing been done about it. This place easily became our favorite place in Florence. The eclectic folks, talented and personable bartenders and staff, and funky vibe hooked us from the first visit. Oh.. and the beer, cocktails, and food are constantly changing and are always amazing.
I've yet to have a bad experience here. as a matter of fact it's the only bar in town I can go to and feel comfertable by myself to have a drink and read a book.
They support abuse. -2/10 would not recommend. Didn’t do anything about it but delete the comments. Garbage establishment.
i’ve been a fan of wildwood since day one. it’s one of the things i’ve missed most after moving away from florence. i always look forward to my trips home just so i can spend some time in the bar where everyone feels like family. but it is still so incredibly easy for me to be fine with never stepping foot in this establishment again after seeing the way they’ve handled controversy and the way that they have coddled abusers and rapists. women aren’t safe there and they never will be. looking forward to trying out some new ba... read more
Most of the wildwood staff supports abusers. There is video evidence of their bartender Nick being abusive and they don’t seem to care at all. I’ve been vocal for the last few years about Seth being a rapist, that was met with a “sorry but its hearsay.” There’s countless stories of them and other male staff members being abusive, sexually and physically. Somethings actually taking place AT wildwood. If you’re a woman you aren’t safe here.
I don't at all recommend this place. Just terrible. 😒 Stop supporting bad people.
