I confirmed an online booking, paid for the room, upon arriving I was told yheybwould not rent me a room because at some point I "tried to bring a dead dog" in the hotel... first of all, I personally wouldn't walk around with a live dog, let alone a dead dog.... second of all my identity was stolen and nobody seemed to care that this person.
