RecommendedFamily had a great time! Kids loved the pool, everyone loved the hot tub. Pool table and arcade was a hit as well, breakfast was also awesome! Staff was friendly, welcoming,and very helpful. Will definitely be back! 🤗
We arrived later in the evening on Dec 26th last night and was looking forward to the hot tub in the Royal room 217. Well instead we got a cold tub. Had absolutely no hot or even warm water. So we thought maybe in the morning we can take a hot/warm shower. NOT... water was very cold. No showers at all. Had to wash my hair in the sink under cold water. We paid $179 for this room with no hot/warm water. Very unhappy. The room is outdated looks awful. I will be be rating on other sites. This place is awful.
Gr8 for swimming in the winter
Rooms look like a bad 1980’s porn set. Stayed in the “dome” rooms. Floor was damp. Can only imagine the nastiness living in that carpet. Tropical Dome was a joke. Pool wasn’t heated and “waterfall” was a planter with water pouring through it. Very disappointed would never stay here again. DON’T WASTE YOU MONEY. Stay at the Holiday Inn at least there rooms won’t give you an STD and the continental breakfast won’t make you sick.
I just got my credit card statement from our stay at this place and we were charged $50 for no reason! As soon as we left, maybe 20 minutes after our stay they called saying things were missing, such as as towels or sheets or something. I am not a THIEF!!! Yes, I was pissed and I still am when I called! Don’t accuse me and my family of something we would NEVER do! Why would I spend $160 to stay in a crummy motel to take stuff?! we enjoyed our stay for the night in the new York City suite, only bad thing about the room was the bed was so firm not much sleep.the pool and hot tub where nice..clean facility, does and could use touch ups but over all experience was cool, alil over priced..other than that..we will be back to a diff theme room next time
