All the employees are super nice, but same old corporate medicine. I was in a physical and the doctor asked me about a preexisting condition. So I answered the question and then they charged me $300. Our healthcare system is broken and they aren’t helping to fix it.
Trying to find a PCP has been hard. Calling around everywhere I can. Finally got a hold of Wildwood (the phone doesn't ring on caller end, btw) and immediately had a rude interaction after explaining what I am looking for. Felt rushed and like me calling at all was a burden. Im happy to wait on hold to establish care and take care of these things. Absolutely no rush on my end. Strongly dislike everything about this clinic, not patient friendly. Really wish my doctor did not transfer here, I miss Ghc. The front desk staff are not helpful whatsoever.
Always friendly and efficient. I'm often in a little before my appointment and out rapidly. Techs and nurses are friendly. Doctors are great. They realize they are often seeing people on their worst day, and cultivate an exceptional bedside manner.
