When you call and the phone doesn’t ring and it goes straight to voicemail you know this isn’t the office that cares about you but the money is another story I bet the dr has a Porsche instead of a Volvo
.I never had the opportunity to meet with the team. I scheduled an initial appointment, but when I attempted to log in at the scheduled time, I discovered that it had been canceled without notice. From that point forward, the experience declined further. The office appeared disorganized and unprofessional, which was especially concerning given that this is a mental health practice where attentiveness to patients’ needs is essential. Paid for a neuro-psych test for bariatric surgery. The test was done via phone conversation and was told everything was fine and she would call the bariatric doctor and ok for them to set a surgery date. She supposedly changed her mind, after talking to the bariatric doc and its been a mess between the two of them. Now the counselor has decided to rescind her report. It is so important to have services like ADHD evaluations, medication management, and GeneSight testing in the community and a place that offers a safe haven for our neurodivergent community. Bravo to Wildwood for providing much needed services!
