Lived here for years! No issues, great complex with a pool!!!
I’m not satisfied with this property. To summarize my view, it’s good enough to stay for a little while, but I am not impressed. I think everyone in the front office is very nice, but there are a few problems that I can’t get over. I’ve never lived in an apartment where you’re required to pay for your laundry, and this has always struck me as strange. Beware renting here. Management is rude and unprofessional. They sent my deposit refund to the wrong address - and made it extremely difficult to get sent a new one. Completely their own mistake and they were unhelpful and lied about it being sent. Several times I went to the office or called the office during their “work hours” and not a single person is there. Ac has been broken for 5 days. No estimate on when it will be fixed at all. Shout out to Paul, he was helpful and gave us a smaller cooler until the main maintenance guys come in to fix it. I just love my 90 degree apartment
The staff was friendly and very respectful. Explained everything I needed to know and what to expect. There had been no problems since. I’d recommend them to anyone .
