I have had several issues since living here. The apartments were poorly designed so if you have a ground level apartment, you will hear your neighbor at all hours. Parking close to your apartment can be difficult. There are more tenants than there are parking spots. Another concern I have is safety. There has been theft in the area. Our neighbor's bike was stolen from under our stairs so the thief would of had to come right by our door to steal it. The icing on the cake is the amount of dog poop that is all over the place. since October exterminator been coming to my apartment every 2 weeks because of my neighbor, and now its February
Recommendedgreat apartments and great staff, never had any noise complaints with neighbors. never seen any sights of bugs, or rodents. 24/7 on call maintenance.
