I enjoyed my 4.5 years here. Tonya and the staff have been very receptive to questions and quick to respond to any maintenance updates. The location is perfect and the neighbors are friendly. I love that I was able to access the trails so easily and didn’t have to drive to them. I would still be there if I didn’t have a job relocation.
Great staff and the Leasing Agent Tonya showed me an apartment that I fell in love with. During the move-in inspection Tonya was very thorough and did an amazing job finding things that needed to be touched up. The attention to detail she has is great and it lets me know that I'll have an apartment that does not need any work to it.
My partner and I moved into our 1b1b 750 sqf apartment about 5 months ago, paying just under 1,600 in rent. It's been a great experience so far! We've never had any issues with parking our two cars, there is plenty of guest parking. It's a quiet environment, there is no street noise and it's rare to hear your neighbors. When we lived there it was alright at first. Than Marta and Clay entered our apartment without the proper notice and it was not an emergency situation for them to enter. I went into labor the night before they entered. I was in the process of weekly cleaning but when my water broke and the contractions started being 1 minute apart.
