It shut down and hurt my car. They tried to blame it on me and say i had it in drive instead of neutral. I think that link in the track is messed up and they just forgot where it was.
Great customer service, wash was great. The only thing missing would be some towels that we can use to dry of spots that didn't clear from the air dry.
