I have been living here for about 3 years, and the staff here is great! Any time I’ve had to go to the office for anything, Lucia is there to greet you with a smile, and any issues are handled promptly and professionally
Lived here for almost 7 yrs (i should have invested but.... anyway) good experience overall, maintnence is always on point, neighboors can be iffy and the office does not care but overall is a decent complex with good service and surroundings and amenities usually were well taken care of.
I don’t live here—though my husband and I applied to move in with our foster son. We visited several times to tour the property and complete applications, but each time we were met with an unwelcoming attitude from Lucia in the office. She was often gone for hours during posted business hours and didn’t always return at the time listed on the door. Wildridge has been a fantastic apartment complex to live in! I lived there for over a year and have no complaints. The staff is wonderful and it is in a prime location to everything in COS. I will miss living there!
My husband and I have lived in this complex for over two years. This is a safe complex at a super affordable rate. The pros: Staff isn't constantly changing. Maintenance is fantastic and do their best to resolve things in a timely fashion. When a safety issue is brought to the attention of the front office staff, they do their best to resolve it quickly.
