They LIE. If they say 25 minutes its really an hour if they say 30 minutes triple it, and 45 you're in for a 3 hour wait. And if you buy the early bird and get their ANY time after 9:00 you are looking at close to 2 hours. If you are planning on checking out of your hotel after you do the Zipline forget it. There was a cancellation of our trip that was due to thunder, there were argumentative staff, and their inability to comprehend our concerns. To add insult to injury, their policy prevented them from refunding the insurance fee, which was a significant disappointment. The refund process itself was incredibly slow. To make matters worse, when we were in line, they moved us out of order, pushing us further back. This experience was not worth the time and effort we wasted. I had a phenomenal time at the Niagara Falls. Particularly, Missan Alatan was truly friendly and kind.
