They answer the phone on the first ring at 5:00 in the afternoon. They called me right back the next day, after I left a message. I was checking on my horribly injured tortoise. Someone must have deliberately tried to kill it with their car, no one would deliberately run over a rock that big.
Helpful and informative staff. Returned my call right away and answered my questions. I took an injured turtle to them. Dedicated staff and you can tell they truly care for the animals.
Called about an injured bird on Manasota Key early in the morning and I was greeted by a very helpful, caring human who made sure the bird was taken in and cared for. And also kept me posted on the status of said bird over the course of the day. I am so glad people like you exist to help these amazing animals. Thank you for your services.
