It was great until it wasn’t: the place was recommended to me but then it started canceling at 10 o’clock at night for the next day appt, ghosting, there were issues with scheduling, haircuts were getting progressively worse (not my case, luckily!) that made all my friends to whom I recommended the salon go somewhere else. I saw Kristen for a big chop and I was nervous because despite moving here two years ago I’ve been struggling to find a stylist I like that also does great work. She’s talented. My hair surpassed my expectations and the vibes were immaculate. I will be back :)
