Not a great communicator outside of appointments. Takes way too long to answer messages and always has snippy responses. Not sure if they were from her or her assistant but we constantly had to go back and forth just to refill my regular medications. I don’t want to have to constantly argue with my doctor like that. And it’s her policy to respond after 72 hours but she would wait the full time and then argue for 1-2 more days about basic stuff. Awful experience.
Ms. Douglas is kind and actually listens to patients, as opposed to hearing only parts of what has been said, like so many healthcare professionals do. It feels good to actually be listened to.
