I got my house keys in May of 2024 house windows seals are already gone bad my house stays cold n while contacting warranty I got a response that it’s not covered anymore. Bad plumbing n cheap tile installation been done to the house don’t buy from them quality of the house is very poor . Main floor of the house already making noise as you walk house is only 1.5 years old . Not a reliable builder.
It was fine the staff were very friendly however they were advertised condos for sale which we are in the market for. However when we arrived there we were told the condos had been put on hold and they would not be building them at this time. I would suggest they reflect that in their ad as it was a waste of time for us to go there.
These units are quite beautiful and it is nice localized in edge of Airdrie. As of today is still under construction and there are no showroom option for the apartment building yet. The plans for the pool and common area for unit owner is quite exciting.
