Just happened to find out this as we were traveling on I 70 eastbound. The chicken fried steak was really good and moist. Presentation was well done. The cheese and chicken and shallot is for very good quite feeling. Would recommend highly.

I had a long day, low blood sugar the works, went there more out of necessity due complicated day. Anyway, our waiter, an older NY raised dude, suggested the house special of pot roast, mashed potatoes and gravy, and cooked carrots. Oh my goodness.... did it hit the spot. Excellent service, I love older mom and pop restaurants that have been around since the earth was cooling. You just can't beat them. Definitely going back and making part of my routine when I have to go back and forth to Denver.
