Fantastic tour. We loved to learn about the science, see the lab and batches in different stsges of fermentation. Tasty rum too! Keep up the phage research! SCIENCE!!

Great place, great people. Had a blast when we visited, and loved the one on time we had with the staff.
Went to a class of theirs and learned so much. Hoping to get these guys to help me start a distillery of my own soon.
Just stopped by on our way to Louisville for the Clemson Game and these folks certainly know how to do things right! No bourbon yet but they have vodka and rum- if the bourbon is anything like those 2 spirits, it will be worth the wait! Can't say enough nice things about this place!
Had a personal tour with Jerod. If you like the science behind the distillation process , this is the tour for you. Awesome!
The tour guide was awesome. Had a group of 8-10 people do a private tour and he showed us everything and explained it all so nicely. I would highly recommend this stop for people that like that individualized treatment on tours, and for people that want to try the best of the best. Overall, an experience I will never forget!
