I gave a 3 star rating due to the video of my ride NOT BEING AVAILABLE. The cashier yelled out videos are not guaranteed as she swipe our card. I was visiting from Cleveland Ohio, I have no copy of this memory and the phones are not allowed out during the ride due to risk of damage/lost. A lot of customers were very disappointed when their video was not available. But what could we do but wish and continue to try. Gabbie is an awesome and amazing instructor and guide! She made sure I was safe and guided me through the entire course! Thanks to her, I conquered my fears of and I made it to the top and rang the bell. Everyone that works here is super amazing! Gabbie gets 10 stars from me! Awesome experience!! Roller coaster was awesome too!!
Really wonderful experience. All of the staff was so kind and friendly. All three of the guides on the course that day (June 24) were wonderful and I want to give special recognition to Caleb. She taught our ground school and was so patient and kind to us. One of my party has a very difficult time with verbal directions and she was never once dismissive or annoyed by his repeated questions. It was so clear that our safety was being taken very seriously.
