My kids had a great time! They were up there for a while and then thunder struck and they had to come down. The person at the front generously offered for us to come back with our receipt so they could go again. Even though the weather prevented us from staying longer we had a great time and I appreciated the offer to come back. Don’t go right at opening like we did! After the 11am rush it calmed down a lot and my kids kept climbing. Definitely get a handheld pie afterward!!

So glad to have this rope course in Banner Elk/Sugar. We had a great time. We did the alpine coaster and then decided to also do the Adventure course. As expected they do have rules: no open toe shoes and there is a height/weight requirement. The course challenges your body and mind. For us the weather was perfect: overcast with a slight breeze and there were others on the ropes but there is enough passages /walk arounds so that folks aren’t on top of each other and everyone seemed to give each other space.

Our girls had an amazing time! I love the activities they had for our 3 year old! They have a mini course for them with hidden items. They are given a sheet and then can go hunt for them! You are also given a packet of sand to find gems and minerals with a sheet to find out what they are. The ropes course for our older two was challenging and fun! The people were very kind and helpful. They do offer a military discount.

Great experience with my family. My wife and I "chickened out" after the first obstacle but the guide Cade was super nice and helpful and walked our 9 yo son through it all the way to the top of the course and he loved it. Everyone that worked there was nice and very helpful.

Amanda and her crew did an awesome job making sure the boys were hooking up right and doing everything like they were supposed to the boys had a blast on the course that's all they talked about on the way back.
