I have lived here for more than 7 years and I have to say I thank the office staff for the tremendous service provided. I enjoy living here except the parking is stressful for me as this point and would recommend it.
My experience at Wildercroft Terrace is the worst experience ever I wouldn’t recommend anyone to moved here maintenance request is horrible the do the work when they ready to all of my requests are horrible looking they paint parts of my wall the job not professional looking at all so I told them I will paint my whole apartment I been here for 5 years all of my closet doors are all different they wood and steal not matching at all I have 3 different floors it’s not a dream place to live.
The new staff is ridiculous they tell you one thing and do another, when I first moved here four years ago.. they had dynamite staff but this time around four years later .. it’s awful I called for maintenance a couple of times and they haven’t came through will not renew Lease next year… also the new parking enforcement restrictions are a bit much they make you pay for extra parking $60 and your visitors have to pay for parking whatever happened to free parking for you guess at least visitor parking per household everyone t... read more
Yes, good afternoon, my name is Debra Kendall I have lived at wildercroftt Terrace for 12 years, I like the neighborhood is very nice here. Therehas been some good upgrades, I hope you continue to doing a good job so I can live here for another 10years.
Excellent service from the manager and the team Prompt in work orders at all times and above all please with the community.
