It is an incredible experience to heal old traumas. In months this therapy has enabled me to finally live a rich and full life at the age of 74! I am no longer relying food to "comfort" me. I am able to advocate for myself as the past does not intrude on my thinking or actions. It enabled me to overcome social anxiety, and isolation and connect with others.
