Dealer experience was good. Toby Gray was very polite and helpful. I arrived for a scheduled 2pm appointment to look at a specific vehicle. Another couple was looking at the car when I arrived. They continued to look with a sales consultant, took a test drive, and then went to the office. Finally they ended up purchasing the vehicle before I had the opportunity to look at it. They contacted me promptly, but I met some resistance when requesting a detailed O-T-D cost sheet. They eventually provided one, but it was full of "dealer fees" and add-ons , that represent sheer profit padding. I declined, as I refuse to encourage such gouging.
