Responded by email right away. We did everything via email and phone including a trade-in. They delivered the car to me (100 miles away) and drove my trade-in back. Simple and sweet!

Great experience. I would like to have bought it from a dealer that knew more about the car. Plus the listing did not state that certain parts were missing. I still bought the car. And I love it.
Jordan was amazing. Very laid back, not pushy. Even though I purchased an older used Jaguar he treated me as if I were spending 100k. Highly recommend him and this dealership in general. Plus, and most important, the car is great!
