The salesperson was responsive. However, he was far from being reasonable and totally inflexible in making a deal. This dealership was possibly the least desirable one we have dealt with when it came to prices and interest on the part of sales staff to accommodate the buyers. All we heard from the sales staff was "sales talk".

The staff got back to me right away but the next day I was going to test drive and look at car it was already sold . The salesman that kept in contact w me was very helpful in trying to find others like the Audi a5 . I greatly appreciate his help! I will keep them in mind for the future .
