Excellent, trustworthy shop.
Wildcat Automotive is the best! Doug keeps my Honda element running smoothly and there is always a bad joke of the day! Actually some are pretty funny!
Great experience. Doug took care of some mechanical worries with a full inspection letting me know what should be done. Worked hard to get me a quick turn around time and helped me save money on parts. I have found my mechanic. Highly recommend Wildcat Automotive!
Went here for a brake fluid change, somehow they broke plastic trim in my front seat (that cost $300) and then denied that they had broken it. They did change the fluid but must've forgotten to bleed the lines or let air in while bleeding them because my brake pedal is squishy from air in the line. Gonna have to bleed my brakes myself, absolute waste of $60. Tacky mechanic work for a cheap price.
They were very helpful and the pricing was reasonable and didn't seem to over charge us at all so that I appreciate. However they broke my sunglasses visor and when it was brought up to them, they stated that they did not do it and it came broken. I think I would know if I broke something in my car before I dropped it off? It was perfectly fine before I dropped it off and all they did was add tape to it. Now I have to spend more money to fix something that didn't need to be fix after they claimed they didn't "break" it.
