Sarah at Purely Storage was absolutely amazing! My wife was really stressed and having trouble with the lock app, and it became very overwhelming. Sarah was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding throughout the entire situation. She took the time to walk us through everything step by step and even came out to our unit to make sure the new code worked properly.
