Nice hotel but not good management. It’s really bad when management staff is talking bad about their employees in front of guests. I would suggest maybe they counsel their staff instead of talking about them out in public areas for guests to hear. Rooms are very clean
The Waterpark was nice kids enjoyed it they had a shallow pool for little kids and a few water slides lazy river n hot tub. I appreciated the lifeguards. Our room was nice and clean. Rediculously priced and no continental breakfast.if they are going to charge over $200 a night I deserve breakfast.
Great hotel for kids and pets! Staff is always wonderful, and the waterpark is fantastic! Make sure you know they're hours and policies at the waterpark tho!
