Made a reservation for 35 at 3:00pm for 7:30pm. Our game was ending at 7 and our team and families needed a place to eat after. Spoke to manager himself. Received a text in the middle of the game that our 7:00 reservation would be ready. Texted back that is was for 7:30 and received another text that if I wanted to change the time that I needed to call the restaurant. I left the game and called the restaurant. Had a not so great experience here a couple of months ago but decided to go back and give it another try on New Year’s Day, expecting it to be busy and good on a holiday. We were sadly mistaken. Poor service and mediocre food at best. We were only a party of 3. We waited 10-15 minutes for our drink order to even be taken (which was all waters for the table, so it shouldn’t have taken any time at all since not coming from the bar). I've been going here a few times a year for years and always LOVE the wings! Now I love the new GM! My son is having health issues, and on a very strict diet (starting week 3 now), he was having a VERY bad night with the adjustment, and really wanted something normal! I called because the wings are naked, but asked if they knew if there were any sauces he could have, the manager took the time to listen to the restrictions, and went through the recipes for all the sauces and found some my son could have! Service and food was good. Wings were a bit small for the price, but the meal overall was pretty good!
Tonight, we had our work Christmas party at Wild Wing Cafe. The food was great and we were treated well, but one of their servers, Darien, stood out as being exceptionally helpful, constantly at our side making sure everything was as we expected, and he did it all with a smile and very personable demeanor. Then we found out he is still in training and I was shocked! You guys are lucky to have found this guy - such a hard worker with a great personality! Thank you, Darien, for making our night fabulous!
Sometimes the waiters aren't great but the food and live music is wonderful

Andrew was awesome! We had so much fun here for my sister-in-law’s birthday!
It took entirely too long to be seated and the service after we were seated was still very slow.
