Worst restaurant experience we have ever had. Waiting over and hour for food, for the waiter to come and tell us they were of cheese and something else for our food. Prior to that he said our food should be out shortly. At least 3 times. We told him never mind that we’re just going to leave and instead of him trying to be courteous he simply said “that’s the kitchen for you”?!? Worst customer service and restaurant experience we have ever witnessed! We will never be back and will definitely tell others to avoid this place!! ... read more

The service was horrendous...we went to celebrate the engagement of a close friend and her fiance. We waited over an hour for our food and tje only reason we were acknowledged then because someone said something and the manager finally came over to apologize....ok its the weekend and super busy however being from this industry...why didnt u offer an appetizer a percentage off the meal or something? Had the opportunity to drop by and hear a local band the other day (Gone Country). Not only were they better than expected, but they had one of East Tennesse’s Premier guitarists Andy Wood join them and play. Show was great but what stood out to me was the bar tending staff was phenomenal. They were busy with customers and seemed to keep from losing their minds or runnin over each other. It was like a well-oiled machine. Really good night and the chicken feathers with Mac-n-cheese was outstanding. I’ll likely be back soon!

Just want to give a big thanks to the crew at your Powell location my son wanted to have his 16th birthday dinner at your restaurant and we had 22 people and I have to say you guys did a great job with all of it service was great and so was the food thanks for helping us to make nicks birthday a great one

I went last night about 12:30 am. A live band was finishing their set, then a DJ played hiphoppypoprapcrap. I don't care for that style of "music?". Anyway I got seated quickly, got my drink quickly, and my food came out in a reasonable amount time. My server did good and we chatted about the Olympics etc. So my visit was pretty good. You might add a few flavors of dry rub wings if you want 5 stars out of me.

Had a great time good and service were excellent and enjoyed the entertainment by Harden Valley Thunder bluegrass band! They rock!!!!
The blue grass band from Pellissipp was there. Dutchtown Thunder. It was a wonderful night
My favorite wing place!! Service and food is excellent!! My fav are the Parmesan wings!
