costumer service was great!!!
Great food. Loud drunks at the bar at 5:30pm on a Sunday. It’s more of a bar than a restaurant now. Not kid friendly for sure when patrons are loudly dropping F bombs. I can see why the place is completely empty other than the bar.
Ate at the Bower Pkw location today was looking forward to the new Wing Bar it was a disaster the bar was out of wings for at least 20min the meatballs never were filled and I was there over an hour also my waiter didn’t even know if it came with wing chips he said there normally on the bar but I never saw any or received any also still currently waiting to pay my bill 15+ min
Service and food were terrible
Waited for over 45 minutes to get seated, even with 12 tables (yes I counted them) empty or needing to be cleaned. the hostess acted like she didnt want to be there and was constantly on her phone. we watched at least 10 potential customers walk out because the wait time was an hour for tables that just needed to be cleaned. this has always been the best location in Columbia. dont know what happened. The live band was so loud that you could not have a conversation. by far the worst experience.
Food was good, but service super slow. Waiter got an order wrong and didnt didn't refill drinks till asked to due so. Another waiter spilt water on the floor, it wasn't cleaned up and no hazard sign was put up. We were given an empty ketchup bottle, we weren't given any forks or knifes and we received napkins after we finished eating.
Just came by for lunch. Waited 5 minutes at the hostess stand to be seated no one showed up. Didn’t even see a bartender. Crappy service I’ll take my business elsewhere.
Unfortunately there wait time to even get served was over 20 minutes and there were only 5 tables sat. Once we ordered the food, it wasn’t even the correct order. The server didn’t take the incorrect food back and then CHARGED us for the food we didn’t order. The drink smelled and tasted like dish cleaner or something. No service during our lunch at all and no interaction from the server despite seeing at least 5 servers walking around.
