Love this place so does my son had his birthday there an Elise b took care of all 16 of us...couldn't be happier...excellent waitress...food staff

I try to be understanding, especially when a restaurant is crowded, but waiting for 1 1/2 hours for 5 orders of wings is absolutely unacceptable. Management was not at all helpful in this situation. Offering a family with 3 children, one an infant, a round of beers to make up for the mistake after we have already been there for 2 hours is just plain ridiculous. Sitting there any longer was the last thing we wanted to do. And if what you said was true, starting a couple of new cooks on one of your busier nights isn't the best... read more

I visit Yesterday evening after the movies. Had worse experience no customers service from manager on down! I will never return and my family wont either!

Sunday afternoon....Floor so sticky it about pulled my shoe off, out of Jack and Beam, Bartender was nice, but focused on counting money instead of multi tasking. May have been understaffed? Appears the manager needs to make an appearance or perhaps the owner. I hate leaving a poor review, but this has been going on for awhile. Food was good though.
