Sat there for about 20 minutes after we were seated and had several staff members ignore us until we left. Just thought I'd mention it. I doubt anyone on shift noticed enough to inform you of it

Terribly uncomfortably hot! So we ordered beers on tap - and the wait staff told us the draft beers weren’t cold yet!!! It was 1:30... why wouldn’t they have their beers chilled? When we asked about turning the heat down a bit (it must have been 80+ degrees, and we’re all dressed for cold weather!!) we were told they couldn’t adjust temp. Too many other places with good food, cold beer, and a comfortable atmosphere. Won’t be going back.

Till today I liked it. Waited 10 minutes before anybody noticed I was waiting for table. Then I was told he would be right back. 5 min later I left for Carolina Wings.
The service was excellent, but the kitchen was incredibly slow, and may have messed up our order and had to remake it. We ordered very basic things, and two larger parties that arrived well after us, got their food long before we did. When it did arrive it was good, but not hot.

It's ok waitress was slow took forever to get drinks came back only twice to check on us wanted extra dressings for my salad at acted like it pissed her off to have to get more ,it's not like they were that bussy, this was the first time eating here and the last time, this was in Columbia sc,

The waitress was slow. We went in about 11:30 am. Only 5 other people there. She wasn't attentive. I didn't care for the chicken feathers, but the kids loved the boneless wings.

We went here to eat after Copper River had a 25 minute wait. We've eaten Wild Wings before and we have enjoyed the food and service. But tonight, the service was horrible. The waitress was not attentive at all. Our drinks ran out and we had to wait at least 10 minutes for a refill. The food was good but we will not be back. We will wait to be seated at Copper River next time.
