Where to begin??? Lost online order, staff not wearing masks correctly took more than 40 minutes to complete order. Floors dirty with broken glass. Unattended customers while staff was in the back laughing and talking. Poor customer service 20 ! Nope 30 nope / 40. 50 mins to cook wings and a kids small pizza. Come on!!!! Service was awful!! Walked in at 2:01pm. Only 4 other tables in the WHOLE restaurant had ppl at them. And that was 2 at each one had 3, and 2 men at the bar. So yall were not busy!!! We were seated promptly and then sat there for 17 minutes before we were acknowledged and that was by the young man that seated us. He came over to ask if anyone had waited on us. The manager, Andrew, is phenomenal! I placed an order with Wild Wing earlier this week and the order didn't come out correct. However Andrew literally went above and beyond making sure the rest of the order was delivered. Literally the best customer service I've seen in a while! Highly recommend!
Worst service I have ever experienced. They had us wait 30 minutes then told us they were trying to find a server for our party of 8 (5 of which were children) yet another party of four sat beside us and got immediate service. The manager finally got our drinks and order and was gracious. The server that finally showed up late for her shift came to our table once but spent the majority of our stay Hugging on the customers at the bar. I have never not left someone a tip but we will never ever be back. TERRIBLE experience

I'm sitting in here right now and have to say I am HIGHLY disappointed! First, no one acknowledged us for 5 minutes at least when we walked in the door. Then, after finally being seated, the girls took our drink orders partially. It took 3 trips to get them all (group of 6 adults and 4 kids) It took an hour to get our food, some of the appetizer was burned. Awesome experience from our waitress Hanna! She was courteous, fast, and gave us the best service! Would definitely recommend her...she’ll take care of ya and make your experience the best!!
