We waited two hours for grilled chicken tenders. Restaurant was not busy downstairs at all and there were only 3 of us. Very disappointed with service.

I went with my friends today for our lunch break. It took our entire lunch break waiting on our food! We had to ask for it to-go, and that made it take even longer. Seriously there wasn’t anybody there, and it took almost an hour to get 4 small meals. When I finally did get to eat my sandwich was dry, more breading than chicken, and flavorless. Not worth the money or time. If I ever do go to a Wild Wings again it will be the one in Greenville, Woodruff Road....WAY better food and service at that location than in Spartanburg!... read more

The only reason I gave two stars was because our waitress was very nice to us. The food which I never had a complaint about before has steadily gone down hill and today was the worst. The wings were mostly hard breading with little meat and the two beers I ordered tasted horrible and even the soda I tried to get to replace it was terrible. Not a pleasant experience here. Hope it gets better soon.

This used to be my favorite place!!! The last two times I have visited, it took almost an hour for the waitress to take our food order and another hour to get the food! The bartender upstairs was very rude when we asked for a beer...her response was nothing is setup here! She made us wait u til the waitress ran to get all her mixer supplies before she would even get us a beer!

A friend and I have been there twice within the last month and service has been horrible. We waited and hour and a half to two hours for our food and it was not very busy either time. I have really not had any problems in the past, but it getting worse each time I go there.

There was 8 of us... everyone ordered wings..and only 1order of chicken fingers....our food took about an hour and ten minutes..but only the wings..took another 15 minutes to get the other order of chicken fingers....ask to speak to a manager..was told the manager was in the kitchen on the line cooking....even our waiter was getting frustrated..we cud tell..but he was awesome and we knew none of this was on him.... great Waiter....sorry cooks...
Every time I go here for the buffett at lunch it is empty. It is like lunch has snuck up on them EVERY TIME. Management needs to step it up and become more efficient.

Went there tonight and the service was HORRIBLE! ordered. Drink it had no alcohol in it whatsoever, she took it back and claimed to have made another one. Once the drink was bought back To the table it was clear that it was the same drink, the ice was melted and it even tasted watered down. We received our wings and it was not what we asked for.
