Person who came out was unfamiliar with Rain Bird master controls, which is one of the most popular timer out there. Never touched the sprinkler head or the area where water was present, yet declared in the quote that the "main line" had to be replaced. Quoted me nearly $400 for a repair that ended up taking half an hour and about $5 in parts and cost $100. He never even touched the pipes or tried to determine where the leak was coming from.
