We applied for a rental the end March and were 3rd in line. The end of April Jason called, said we were at the top of the list and did we still want him to run our app. I agreed as we had been waiting a month and were ready to move to a larger home. On May 3rd we were notified we were approved; we were told they could only hold the rental for 7 days.
