Everything about our service was great. The office staff was professional and polite. The tech was polite, professional and efficient. He was thorough in determining the numerous problems we are experiencing and offered us options. We are going to be installing an entirely new furnace using Wild West and assuming the service is equally impressive they will forever be our go to! It is rare these days to find this level of service.
Excellent service as always, so professional and went the extra mile making things happen!
***** and crew showed up on time, very professional, answered all of my questions, and resolved four issues with no problems. Took care to wear shoe coverings in the house and clean everything up. Looking forward to using this service again!
Plumming When I needed to have the hot water valve replaced I got their name out of the phone book. They did good work, kept everything clean and neat, but $100 to replace a $10 valve was a bit extreme in my book
